Walmart Beauty Box is a program where you pay $5.00 per box for shipping and handling annually. Your Beauty Box subscription will automatically renew each season until canceled.
You complete an initial questionnaire and the items you receive are curated so you will get items you are more likely to be interested and use, so selections will vary based on how you answer the questionnaire.
Above are the contents of the Winter Beauty Box I received. It contained:
- Full sized Covergirl Lashblast Volume in Black -
- 2 fl. oz. Curel Hydrotherapy Wet Skin Moisturizer (with coupon for $4 off 8 or 12oz bottle)
- 1.75 oz.Ponds Rejuveness Anti-Wrinkle Cream
- .5 oz. Aveeno Active Naturals Daily Moisturizing Body Yogurt
- Ken Paves "You Are Beautiful" .25 fl. oz. each of Shampoo, Conditioner & Hair Mask
- $1.50 coupon for "Gray Away" Temporary Root Concealer
To me, the box was worth it as I get to try new products I might otherwise overlook. I think the sizes are enough to give you a good idea of how the product will perform without ending with something that if I don't care for will just sit on the shelf until it comes outdated then thrown out.
As far a value, the full-size mascara alone cost more at Walmart than the entire box was for $5 shipping.
The shipping schedule is:
- Winter Starting the second week of December
- Spring Starting the second week of March
- Summer Starting the second week of June
- Fall Starting the second week of September
